COVID-19 rules for visitors of THE ROYAL CASTLE IN WARSAW MUSEUM

Visitors are required to use hand sanitizers dispensers upon entering the museum.

Visitors are required to cover their mouth and nose with clothing or parts thereof, a mask,
a visor or a protective helmet.

The obligation to cover the mouth and nose does not apply in the case of:

a) a child up to the age of 5,

b) a person who cannot cover his mouth or nose due to general development disorders, mental disorders, moderate, severe or profound intellectual disability,
or a person who has difficulty in covering or uncovering his mouth or nose on his own.

a) if it is necessary to identify or verify the identity of a given person,

b) to enable communication with a person experiencing permanent or periodic communication difficulties.

  1. keeping this distance is not possible due to the care of a child up to the age of 13, a person with a disability certificate,  a person with a special education certificate or a person who, due to their health condition, cannot move independently,
  2. comply with the order to cover the mouth and nose,
  3. they are living together or running a business.

The number of people visiting the exhibition area at the same time cannot exceed
100 people per 1 hour.

Each group may have a maximum of 10 people.

The cloakroom is obligatory.

All areas of the museum are strictly disinfected.
